If you are a Harland Clarke client with customers or members that we serve on your behalf, you can establish an account to enter CCPA privacy requests. Please call Premier Services within the contact center at (855) 321-9635. Premier Services will verify the requestor, as required under CCPA, and provide a registration code for your company’s privacy officer (or such individual responsible for managing CCPA requests), which is required for entering your request. Once your company establishes the account for Consumer Privacy Requests, your privacy officer can enter non-CCPA exempt requests through this portal using the previously provided client ID and your secure password.
